Artificial Intelligence for Women Leadership

A redefining virtual event built for women who lead, women who are becoming leaders, and women redefining what leadership looks like in the age of AI. Across Africa, the Caribbean and the diaspora. Mixed levels, mostly non-technical, many highly accomplished in their own fields and new to these tools. This is a build event, not a talk event. Every block is delivered inside the tool, on screen, in real time. Participants work along in a second window and finish each block holding something they made. Day 1 builds fluency and takes work off the participant’s desk. Day 2 turns that fluency into a product, a market and an opportunity.

What's included

• Live screen share inside the actual tool — no screenshots, no recorded walkthroughs
• At least 60% of each 20-minute block is hands-on in the tool
• Every prompt typed on screen is included verbatim in the takeaway sheet
• Free or free-tier tools used wherever possible, with clear disclosure when paid
• Close each block with one instruction participants can execute the same night

1. Day 1 · 27 Aug
   Fluency and Leverage

   Finish with a scored role-exposure table, a reusable prompt and personal style instruction, one custom AI assistant, and one working automation.
2. Day 2 · 28 Aug
   Build, Market and Access

   Finish with a deployed tool with a live URL, a customer-insight brief and two-week content calendar with finished assets, plus a five-name opportunity shortlist and drafted outreach message.
